Owners’ comments
A superb duplex located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Arvida.
The leisure center incorporates a swimming pool, a skating arena and music lesson facilities, and is just a 5 minute walk.
The rear garden has a large patio and tool shed. There are no neighbors behind the house which leaves an open view into a large woodland area.
The kitchen is new with a heated floor and a large gas oven.
The basement with bathroom was renovated in 2014 and a shower and ceramic tiles added in 2019.
