Owners’ comments

Very large townhouse, turnkey, close to all services, built on three levels in 2006. The facade is almost entirely glazed. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, the main living room, two more living rooms including an equipped billiard room and ample storage. The upper level has 12-foot ceilings while that of the billiard room is 14 feet. The kitchen has cherry and laminated cabinets and a heated floor. The property has an electric fireplace in the living room and another in the dining room, a heat pump, a whirlpool tub, a central vacuum and an outdoor balcony with awning, providing lots of privacy. The roof was redone in 2011. The water heater was changed in 2019. Decoration and painting works were also carried out in 2019. Several included such as the dishwasher, the blinds, the light fixtures, the pool table, and accessories.
