Ideal house for a family (daycare, kindergarten, primary school, Park with water games, a youth center and an arena within walking distance in the village) or a retired couple. Tourist region with access to several hiking trails, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Close to all services (Roberval Hospital 25 min.). You have access to a 108 ft sandy beach. Gently sloping. Lake Bouchette is navigable by motorboat, kayak, rowboat, and paddle board, kitesurfing in summer, and skis with sailing in winter. Close (in the village) to a Catholic place of worship (Church and L'Ermitage de St-Antoine), food market, hardware store, restaurants, and bar. *Water meter already installed by the Municipality (no charge for the moment. If becomes mandatory; No fees to add, already compliant according to current standards.)
