Large house located on the St-John Lakeshore. The bungalow has completely been redesigned according to architect plans: the façade got a new fenestration with a new facing made of hewn stone and the roof has been raised in order to build a vast multi-purpose room on the second floor. This room is lit on the front by 2 Vélux windows and on the back by a sliding door with 4 picture windows opening on a large balcony with a panoramic view on St-John Lake. The intimacy of the property is well-preserved thank to plenty of mature trees and the house is close to most of the services.
