Very nice turnkey house with open area, bright and laid out to the taste of the day.

Located in a quiet residential area, it has 4 bedrooms (possibility of a 5th in the basement) and 2 bathrooms.

A 10-minute walk from the schools (elementary, high school, college) to the sports centre, the shopping centre and a park.

Several renovations and improvements have been made over the years:

  • In 2001, doors and windows on the ground floor were changed. The windows were maintained regularly afterwards.
  • The roof was redone in 2010.
  • In 2013, the bathroom on the ground floor was completely renovated with the addition of a heated floor on ceramics.
  • The basement was renovated in 2015.
