Located on the edge of Lac Brochet (in a bay) being part of the Municipality of Ste Jeanne D'Arc. 30 minutes to Dolbeau-Mistassini. Between St Ludger de Milot and the Village of Ste Jeanne D'Arc.

Resort area with more than 60 principal residence and cottage with approximalety twenty (20) permanent residents.

Lake measures over 5km and continues over more than 2 km after the end of the bay. Stunning landscape and gorgeous sunset every night right in front of the living room. We have raspberry and some little strawberries in the field and blueberries nearby.

We never had dog or cat.

Can be sold furnished and can be for fast occupation.
