Warm log cabin for sale created in July 2017. Located in Ste Monique on the banks of the Péribonka river, at the mouth of Lac-Saint-Jean. The construction dating from 2011, facing south-west, consists of private residential space and the gite with separate entrances. The gite space offers upstairs 3 large double bedrooms with shared bathroom and access to a living room with TV, fridge, microwave, sofa, dining room set. A fourth bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor and consists of a queen bed and 2 bunk beds (also refrigerator and microwave). The residential part consists of a large living room with panoramic views, an office, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and an open, spacious and pleasant kitchen. A wood-burning fireplace will warm winter days in addition to a heated floor. Presence of a large garage. A large terrace with a 6-seater outdoor spa will offer you a breathtaking view of the magnificent sunsets over the river and a safe campfire will light up your evenings and those of the clientele. The large parking lot can accommodate a large number of vehicles (including 3 spaces for vehicles with trailer). Behind the house, you can find: a metal quay giving access to Lac-Saint-Jean allows you to moor a boat and the presence of a quay for a seaplane. The gite is ideally located halfway between the towns of Dolbeau-Misstassini and Alma. The Véloroute des Bleuets as well as the federal snowmobile trail also pass a few meters from the entrance of the lodge and access to Pointe Taillon Park is only a few minutes away. Note that the village of Ste Monique includes: three food outlets, two convenience stores, two garage owners, a cash withdrawal point.
