Section "C" Brossard. Wonderful and very clean 2 storey house with the possibility of 5 bedrooms. Near the Chevrier bus terminal (2 minutes), quartier Dix30) and Champlain bridge. The property is situated on a corner lot in a crescent facing a green space. Construction 2008 Serge Savard.
On the main level there are 9 feet ceilings, in the living room you will find a gas fireplace. There is a large room that could serve as a dining room or family room (currently used as a bedroom, has ensuite and walk in)
On the second level there is a family room (above the garage) that could serve as a bedroom, it has wiring for surrond sound and has a cathederal ceiling. There are 3 good sized bedrooms.
