This 1 bedroom condo offers 865 square feet, receives a lot of sunlight on the corner of the building and also has it's own private entrance. Freshly painted with the colours of today. There is a large washroom with an enclosed laundry room for the washer and dryer, with extra storage space here as well. Will include the dishwasher, with other appliances included if desired. Considerable areas for storage, with spaces both inside and private storage at the exterior. A large terrace at the front offers an area for a small garden, and parking is only a few steps from the front door.
Ideally located close to pharmacies, banks, grocery stores, movie theatre, parks and more. There are daycares, elementary school, high school, cegep and university in the area. The city bus stops within a one minute walk. Close to bicycle paths and beautiful Gatineau Park.
