DIVIDED Condominium located on the ground floor of a triplex situated on the beautiful Champagneur street just between Bernard and Van Horne Avenues. All services are easily accessible restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hospitals, Montreal University. Only 5 minutes walk from the Outremont metro station.
Easy parking on the street that does not require a permit. However, each owner, in turn, has parking access once every 3 year for a one year period.
Beautiful 8 x 18 ft cedar deck at the rear built in 2005.
The roof was redone in 2005.
The kitchen and the dinette were partially renovated in 2005.
