Nice condo on two floors located in the Bois Francs area of Saint-Laurent. It is 15 minutes from downtown, close to all services, between highway 15 and the 13 , close to the 40 and the airport. It faces a bicycle path, is next to the bus stop and 5 minutes away from the train station. The condo, built in 2001, has a private garage with direct access to the condo. New air conditioning, hot water tank new. Caulking done in fall 2012. Very good condition. Must see!
