Owners’ comments
House, built by carpenter owner. Solid. Two fireplaces, radiant heating system in the ceiling, wood heating pipes with access to all the house, everything was done by the owner. Exceptional build quality. Ash hardwood doors while full diamond point. No back neighbour and right side. Very large lot. Very large basement. Anything is possible so there is space. Great space for children. Air conditioning included. Windows always very well maintained. Shed on concrete slab. Wicwest sheet on the house and all the shed.
Kitchen with lots of space, kitchen cabinets with diamond point. Lots of storage in the kitchen. Drain-field made in 2010. Grundfoos pump, artesian well. Attached garage. Not up to date but now living without investment.
