Gite (currently house TerreCiel) sold fully equipped, ready to be operated.
The house includes 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Furniture (including several unique pieces from local artisans), appliances (mostly new), all equipment for operating the lodging and various tools (including a blower and a new mower) are included in the sale.
This cozy centennial house enjoys a strategic location: on the edge of the Gouffre River, just steps from the beach and the woody wharf, restaurants, art galleries and museums.
The large landscaped garden has many mature trees, berry bushes, a descent to the river, different views of the mountains, the river, the steeple of the Little Franciscans and the church.
The former summer kitchen of the house, moved away from the main house, has become a 4-season cottage (heated by electricity or wood) generously fenestrated. A haven of peace in a magical environment.
