The property faces the street that runs along Lake Nairne, it has access to the lake located just a few meters in front of the residence.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be satisfied, a few kilometers away you will have access to the entrance to the Hautes-Gorges park as well as to the outdoor base of Lake Nairne, for motorized sports enthusiasts, you will be pampered by the proximity of snowmobile and mountain bike trails accessible from the residence as well as motorized water sports which are authorized on the lake.

We have done a lot of renovations in the last two years: the bathroom, main kitchen finish, summer kitchen completely redone, air conditioning system, plumbing, electrical entrance, the interior finish of the garage and its electricity, and without forgetting the water supply system of the house (artesian well).
