Furnished cottage located in the Charlevoix mountains. It is close to the entrance to the Grands-Jardins National Park and the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park, the municipality of Saint-Urbain and the municipality of Baie-Saint-Paul.
Three season cottage that can accommodate 7 people to sleep. This open concept chalet offers a bright and friendly space with a rest area.
There are numerous flap thermos windows on the four walls of the chalet. A wooden staircase provides access to the mezzanine. In the center of the cottage is the wood stove. Fridge, stove and lamps are propane powered. Chalet trois saisons pouvant accueillir 7 personnes pour dormir. Ce chalet à aire ouverte offre un espace lumineux et convivial avec un coin repos.
Il y a de nombreuses fenêtres thermos à battant sur les quatre murs du chalet. Un escalier en bois permet d'accéder à la mezzanine. Au centre du chalet se trouve le poêle à bois. Réfrigérateur, poêle et lampes sont au propane. Mais il serait possible pour le futur propriétaire d'entrevoir l'installation de l'électricité compte tenue que les poteaux électriques sont situés à environ 150 pieds du chalet.
Nous accédons à l'entrée du chalet par un porche fermé avec des moustiquaires. Notre salle d'eau contient une toilette écologique. Ce chalet n'a pas d'eau courante ni de fosse septique. Par contre, sur le terrain il y a une source d'eau qui pourrait être exploitée.
À l'extérieur du chalet, une terrasse en bois avec une partie couverte. Foyer portatif d'extérieur au gaz propane. Remise pour le bois de chauffage et rangement.
