Magnificent chalet completely renovated directly on the shore of Lake Aylmer in a quiet bay with a large, intimate, and landscaped lot.
This chalet is located on a dead-end road on a plot of land with 115 ft of frontage on Lake Aylmer and 200 ft of depth with several mature trees (maples, ash, birch, pine, spruce, and larch) giving access to Ward Bay of Lake Aylmer (navigable for more than 27 km)
3-season chalet that can be used in winter thanks to electric heating and a wood stove. It would be possible to convert it into a 4-season chalet (floor insulation required).
