On a 120,000-square-foot lot, with an intact wooded land of various species, this house was built in 2010, Canadian style, with recycled materials.

The foundations, electricity, and plumbing are per current standards.

The heating and cooling systems are based on geothermal power.  

The well water and septic tank are annually controlled.

A mass fireplace, which allows for warming an interior space through radiant heating by capturing the heat from the complete burning of wood and then radiating the heat at a fairly constant temperature for a long period, occupies a strategic place in the house.

A three-season veranda has been recently built: 12 X 24 feet, with an infrared heater

The driveway allows for 6 cars, with a 100-watt plug close by.

You will feel pampered at Boisés de la Héronnière, where forty owners have agreed on a lifestyle respectful of nature and of our neighbors. 

We share access to a private lake and our trails are integrated with Spa Eastman's network for hiking, snow shooing, and cross-country skiing.
