Saint-Patrice street was renovated this year and offers a superb cycle path (La Montagnarde).


 Close to the shops on Sherbrooke Street and easy access to Highway 10 via Highway 55.


The house was raised in 2008 to construct a foundation, basement and sunroom.


On the ground floor, the kitchen/dining room is open to the living room and both offer a magnificent view of the Magog River. The bedroom has an adjacent open space that can be used as a walk-in closet or converted into a bathroom, and the large bathroom could be converted into a second bedroom (initial layout) or dining room with patio door giving access to the backyard.
