Single story house: Superior construction quality. Heated concrete floors (radiant hot water) throughout the house (including the lower level and the garage). Ground floor floors covered with hardwood or ceramic. Open areas both on the ground floor and on the lower floor. 4 large bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor) with large wardrobes. 2 large bathrooms. Independent laundry room with lots of storage space. Attached garage insulated and furnished with several storage cabinets.
The lower floor is a garden level: Completely furnished with large open rooms in addition to the two large well-lit bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower. A multifunctional room that can be used as a desk, storage space or other. Patio door opening onto the exterior courtyard with a large patio and a spa (could be sold separately if desired).
