Three-bedroom bungalow located on a very large plot of land of more than one (1) hectare and bordered by the St-John River, one of the three renowned salmon rivers of Gaspé, for more or less 227 meters along the river. Unique opportunity because this type of land is very rare given municipal constraints on the right to build along waterways. This property enjoys acquired rights with regard to the limitations prescribed by municipal regulations. In addition, a survey confirms that the house, the well, and the sanitary facilities are not located in the flood plain.
