Large open area, with slow combustion fireplace. Hardwood floors in all rooms. Beautiful large bedroom on the ground floor, large enough to fit a king bed. Quartz countertop and ceramic backsplash in the kitchen and large deep sink. The bathroom was renovated in 2021. Storage with sliding mirror door in each bedroom. Washer Dryer Corner. Storage workshop space in the basement with an independent entrance. Large terrace with a panoramic view of the river. The shed was built in 2018, large enough for 2 mountain bikes. Wood shelter for up to 3 cords of wood. This place is quiet, and ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature, and sporting activities. The land is elevated compared to the river, there is no risk of flooding.
