New evaluation.
Very nice property, at the center of the ancestral village of Lanoraie, at 50 meters from the river and in a very quiet area.
There are 4 bedrooms, two on the second floor and two in the basement where you have a very cozy space near the woodfire.
On the first floor, there is an open space with the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. There are two cellars in the basement that are perfect for mason jars and a little shed in the backyard.
Backyard is all around the house and the patio is great to enjoy summer and barebecues. There a double driveway and two porches: one in the front and one on the side of the house, which are both in the sun most of the day. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the house is near main services as well as the elementary school.
This centennial house has been renovated over the years and owners and offers all the comfort of a modern house.
The visit is worth it and the house is waiting for it's new owners.

Possibility of building a bathroom in the basement.
