Owners’ comments
Super nice condo 4 1/2 located on the second floor with an independent door, in a quiet neighborhood, turnkey and with improvements done in 2021, well located and close to all services (Shopping center, commuter train, bike paths, highways (25/640), schools, park, etc).
Large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Good size balcony with view on the backyard. Lots of storage with a locker as well as a storage room under the stairs. The condo is equipped with a wall air conditioner and an air exchanger. In addition, the syndicate of co-owners is well managed and the contingency fund is well administered and sufficient.
