Large condo on the ground floor with a stunning view of the St. Lawrence River through large windows and a private terrace facing southwest, optimal sunshine. Building of 24 units with four separate entrances. Two exclusive large outdoor parking lots, no problem for SUVs or pick-up trucks. Brick and concrete construction. . Large bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Large interior space of 1,270 sq. ft. plus a 200 sqft private terrace.
Parking and roof have been redone (Roof in 2022 and parking in 2023). Possibility of nautical activities right in front of the condo. Dog not allowed except medical exception.
