RARE! Navigable, swimmable lakefront property
Fully furnished turnkey property directly on Lac Rocher in Sainte-Mélanie in Lanaudière, approximately 1h15m from downtown Montreal. Can be used as a primary or secondary residence.
Activities: In summer, Lac Rocher is navigable by all types of craft: motorboat, kayak, canoe, paddle board. Seaplanes occasionally land on the lake. The residence is centered along the length of the lake. In winter, an ice ring is maintained voluntarily by lake residents. The downhill ski slopes of Val St-Côme are accessible in less than 40 min, and the cross-country ski/tubing center of St-Jean-de-Matha is about 20 min away. Ski-dooing is also available.
Landscaping: Spacious garden shed. The landscaping is extremely rich. Vegetation along the waterfront meets municipal standards, is recognized by the municipality as an example to follow, and is the envy of many. A tiered vegetable garden has been laid out on the lake side.
