A quiet, family-friendly, well-located, just 2 KM from the Althanase-David Bridge (Route 335), less than 3 KM from Highway 640 and with the riviere-des-Mille-Iles at the end of the street.
Magnificent house built in 2010 with a quality finish. Nothing has been forgotten, from the first floor to the basement, everything is at the taste of the day.
On the first floor you will find a ceramic entrance with wardrobe, living room and dining room with hardwood floors, a functional kitchen with ceramic floor and a lot of polyester cabinets, a bathroom and a separate laundry room (very convenient) with ceramic floor.
