New asking price - No neighbours at the back! One level open concept semi-detached bungalow with sunny rooms, 3 bedrooms, one large storage room, fenced backyard, hedge in the front yard.
Lots of cupboards in the kitchen (plus washer and dryer space with storage).
La Route Verte bike path next to the back of the property's edge, separated by a vegetated zone, thus no neighbors but lots of birds.
Quiet sector while being near everything, train station within a short walk, parks, library, restaurants, IGA et SuperC, highway 15, etc.
