Located on 19,000 square feet of land on one of the quietest streets in Rosemère, our mid-century house offers tranquility and privacy thanks to its large cedar hedges that border it. Its particular orientation offers a view of the mature trees that are the pride of Rosemère. It's like being in nature. Our house is ideal for a family with school-age children because the master bedroom is separate from the children's bedrooms. Several floral arrangements both at the front and at the back beautify the grounds. The very large partly covered terrace at the back allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the swimming pool at all times.
You're looking for a house with a few jobs to do to make it as new, there it is!
