Split-level house with double garage very well located in a peaceful and family neighborhood (Quartier des Érables). Can easily park 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Large fenced lot (intimate) with place to gather around a fire and a pergola to share a good times. Living room with bay window in open concept with dining room and giving lots of light. The fireplace in the living room is propane and provides comfort and ambiance all year round.
The 2 bathrooms were completely renovated in November 2021. Near to all services, parks, schools, bike path, dog park, stores, banks, grocery store, hospital, woodland walking trail etc.
