Superb 95,000 square feet lot in a brand new housing development. For sale by owner (no taxes), perfect for building your new house yourself! Housing rules are simple and aimed at ensuring every lot's privacy without being restrictive on material choices (limitations on cutting trees within a certain distance from each property line for instance...).

In my opinion, this is one of the best lots from this development, with a gradual slope leading to a 35-40k square foot plateau at the back half portion of the lot, with a backyard oriented south-west for perfect sun exposure in the afternoons and a perfect topography to build your house with an exposed basement and a great view of the surrounding valleys. There are no humid areas marked on this lot and access to the street is much easier than the adjacent lots from Phase 2! The lot across the street was donated to the city to build a park for the kids someday.

Easy access to Highway 15 and close to all public services offered in Prevost, Saint-Jerome, and Saint-Sauveur. +/- 3km from the Fôret Héritage main parking lot.
