Neighborhood near Plan d'eau Laurentides Nord. Magnificent property very well maintained over the years, located in a family area, near the future REM line, and within walking distance of all amenities and the park (de la Prucheraie).
It offers three bedrooms on the first floor and a large bathroom. The open-concept kitchen and dining room will charm you. The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace that will warm you up all winter long. A second bathroom completes the main floor. The basement has been completely finished with a nice family room as well as a fourth bedroom of good size and a laundry room. The yard has a large deck with access to the above-ground pool and is surrounded by a mature cedar hedge which provides privacy. 4 parking spots!
