Very nice 2-bedroom condo with garage located on the 1st floor, offering beautiful light.
Located in a quiet and peaceful area near the Cité de la Santé hospital, offering a wide range of services such as pharmacy, grocery store, bakery and convenience store. Close to all services and major roads including the 440 and 19 and accessibility to public transport with a bus stop a few steps away. Walking distance from Terry Fox Elementary School and near several parks.
This unit features a beautiful modern kitchen as well as a bathroom both recently renovated with quartz countertops.
The master bedroom has a double wardrobe.
The washing area offers plenty of storage.
A gas fireplace in the living room provides additional heating while warming cold winter evenings with its flames. The heat pump, for its part, allows you to cool down on hot summer days.
The unit is equipped with an individual heated garage and a large intimate balcony covered with a Paris-type solarium with adjacent private storage.
The roof and window caulking were redone and the water heater was replaced.
