Ideally located near all essential services, this magnificent condo, impeccably maintained, offers you abundant windows and continuous light throughout the day. Friendly living space with a corner wood fireplace in the living room (non usable) and giving access to a huge private balcony surrounded by greenery to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Very functional laboratory-style kitchen with wooden cabinets (completely changed in 2020). Lots of storage. Bathroom with concealed space for the washer and dryer. Two good-sized bedrooms with wardrobes. Garage (#10) and private storage (#4) in the basement of the condominium as well as several outdoor parking spaces available for visitors.
