Charming bright property, that can be used as a main residence or chalet, located on the edge of a small river, which allows you to reach Lac aux Sables and Lake Huron by canoe. Direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Snowshoes and cross-country skiing nearby. Includes a garage with wood stove and another wood stove in the basement of the residence. Two septic tanks maintained by the City.
Replacement of the French drain, installation of a pump and a catchment basin and waterproofing of the foundations carried out in June 2020. The terrace remains to be redone to your liking! Other recent improvements: patio doors, central vacuum, water heater and thermos windows. Water pump reconditioned in 2014.
