Owners’ comments
Unique condo in Trois-Rivières with heated garage and access to the condo from the inside. Three (3) season solarium at the rear. No possible neighbors at the back (small stream) with very large land. In addition to the garage, there is a shed for storage. The building is divided into four (4) condos, all adults.
Ground maintenance and snow removal are contracted by the administrators of the owners' association.
Very nice condo for adult couple. There has only been one owner since its construction in 2010. The occupation was by an elderly couple, therefore semi-adapted space for people with reduced mobility and even wheelchair access in the garage and the solarium.
Open space with a three (3) sided natural gas fireplace (additional heating). Orientation is south/southwest. So, no sun in the bedroom in the morning but perfect sunset at the end of the day.
Pantry/storage space with central vacuum. Second toilet in the laundry room. Mechanical blinds with remote control for the living room and master room.
Appliances (stove and fridge) are not included. Microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer included.
Property set back from the main street so very quiet and without city noise.
