Beautiful triplex with brick cladding on four sides including two renovated apartments and a completely new apartment with quality materials! Double garage and 6 parking spaces with charging station. It's a well located and quiet area, near from all services (hospital, elementary and secondary school, university, parks and green spaces, bike path, highways, etc.) Three very spacious apartments with open-concept kitchen and dining room on all three floors.
