Owners’ comments
Built in 2006 for its present owners, this pretty cottage is located on a crescent with little traffic, in a peaceful family neighborhood. The Éclusière elementary school, Stevens Park with its water games and tennis courts as well as the Tri-o-Lacs training center are around the corner.
Directly adjacent to the Soulanges Canal, the wooded area next to the backyard allows direct access to the cycle path and descent for kayaks in the summer, while preserving the privacy of the yard with its in-ground pool (salt system/gas water heater) and gazebo.
An expansion in 2013 allowed the addition of a master suite including a walk-in closet and bathroom with a heated floor. The property has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one 5th room in the basement (used presently as an office).
