Superb condo in the heart of the village of Les Cèdres with a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River. Easy access to highways 20, 30, and Highway 40.
Open area with a lot of storage, very clean. Two entrances, one at the front and one at the back facilitate access to parking lots.
New shed of 10x6 feet was ordered with delivery scheduled for the end of June 2024.
Close to convenience stores, butcher shop, pharmacy, dentist, primary school, daycare, and restaurants.
Only a minute's walk from the municipal dock for picnics, water activities, cycling
