This condo, built in 2012, is a 3rd floor unit with a view on the interior grassy courtyard, making it very quiet.
If you are searching for calm and tranquility, this condo is for you!!
The kitchen window facing south allows the light to create a luminous effect in the kitchen, dining room and living room. It is truly pleasant.
Also upgrades were done initially by owner in the kitchen: granite counter and polyester cupboards.
Plenty of counter space if you enjoy cooking and baking for your family

In the washroom: counter is granite as well and bath and shower of high quality ..
The master bedroom has a large walk-in.
