Very bright condo of more than 1250 square feet located on the top floor of a triplex at the entrance of the City of Candiac. Windowed on 360 degrees, the light is abundant, especially with the longer spring days. Open area containing the living room, dining room and kitchen. Closed section by a glass door to withdraw to the bedrooms and the bathroom (laundry room also).
Peaceful area less than 5 minutes from accommodations (grocery store, pharmacy, bank, department store), education services (daycare, school) and leisure services (park, bike path, swimming pool). Ideal for young family or couple.
Near Highway 30 and 15, the condo is equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning, a fireplace and a rear balcony to enjoy the sun. 2 outdoor parking spaces are also available as well as a shed.
