You'll love this gorgeous, open concept town house. Its positioned in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to Highway 132 allowing you quick access for your commute to the bridge, downtown, shopping or the ever popular DIX30!
The house is walking distance from the water, a number of parks for kids or dog lovers alike. The park is semi-private and fenced in at the end of the street. There is also a bike path which runs through many of the South Shore boroughs. The variety of facilities in the area will suit all needs: grocery stores, outdoor market in the summer, restaurants and even various health establishments for acupuncture, massages, rock climbing, pools, gyms, etc. In addition, Candiac offers the public library, schools and outdoor activities all close by.
The home itself has large open windows offering an in-pour of natural light.
