Wow beautiful home ready to move in! Nice cottage with 3 dormers and real stone facade located in a sought after area of Longueuil. The perfect home for families with the bedrooms all located on the same floor. It is also a perfect home for telecommuting with a very large lighted desk and a walk-in closet. The basement is also very warm with the family room, the slow combustion stove, a training area and another office space. The backyard is intimate thanks to its many mature trees and the distance between the houses which is much greater than in new developments. The reason for selling the house is a need for more space to live with my parents when they are no longer independent. NB: My mother will take calls during the day, to take your contact details. She is very social but without experience so be kind and patient with her. She will take the calls and text me in the evening because I am working during the day.
