Strategic location! Train station area. No rear neighbors. Neighbor to the neighborhood school, perfect for a young family. A 7-minutes walk from the train station which takes you directly to downtown Montreal. 15 minutes by car from major centers such as St-Hyacinthe. Quick access to Highway 20 and Route 116 is very convenient.
You will have the choice of a unique view since the residence is located between the mountain and the Richelieu River! An exceptional environment by the proximity of green spaces, cycle paths, and all the services necessary for daily life.
