Owners’ comments
12-unit multiplex very well located, close to all services (hospital, schools, shopping center, grocery store, bike path, public transport, etc.) All 3 1/2. The apartments are all rented and there are always customers waiting. The prices are still low and there are possibilities to raise them. There is even a possibility of building a 1 1/2 to add interesting income. All electrical panels have been changed to new with breakers. A fire system was also installed in 2023 throughout the building. The rear balconies were changed in 2019. There is a small paid laundry room in the building. The roof was redone in 2017. CAUSE OF SALE: the owner is retiring soon;)
