House well located close to all services. Well maintained over the years. Back yard aimed south with 10 x 20 garden and several trees planted in 15 years. New roof done last fall 2012, exterior redone in 2009 with the addition of 1.5in insulation (Styrofoam) with Canexcel . Window change since 2008 and an addition of 2 windows in the dining room to increase the sun from the west (much brighter). Back balcony made of paving stone (Supported by a steel structure, new concept! www.sotainc.ca) Interlocking stone terrace in the center yard. Several facilities of various perennials around the house. New alarm system installed, several options are available). Electrical panel redone in 2010 (150A) basement is divided to have a shower available and a large family room with plenty of space. Many possibility could be done.
