Located in the center of Griffintown, the plaza (grocery, winners, McDonald's, etc.) is connected through ss1, so you don't have to go out for essential shopping during cold/wet weather. Also, other conveniences are in the same block like banks, cafes, various restaurants, SAQ, shops, and so on. Costco is not far. Enjoy an urban lifestyle with good neighbors in a prime location.
For outdoor daily activities, walking and biking paths are nearby all through the Lachine Canal and parks. Convenient Transportation service (BUS stop in front and REM near) is available for commuters.
