Beautiful and bright condo with two bedrooms, a heated indoor garage and a large locker. It is located in Little Burgundy, close to all amenities, including the Atwater Market, metro station, and is only 10 minutes from downtown.

The condo has two large bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a separate bath and shower as well as a separate space for a washer/dryer and pantry. The condo offers plenty of storage space: large wardrobes, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a large locker in the basement.

The living space of the condo is open-concept, which gives it a warm atmosphere.
