Open space with a lot of light and many windows. Custom made blinds in all windows.  Space includes : living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a big balcony. Perfect for BBQ's. Beautiful wood floors throughout the apartment. Very modern kitchen with granite countertops (with same granite countertops in the bathroom). Added built-in pantry with two big drawers. Ceramic bathtub and shower with added glass wall (very chic). Entrance to the washer and dryer in the walk-in closet which is a very practical space.
