Owners’ comments
Nice duplex located in a quiet area at a walking distance of metro Monk and all the public services such as: supermarket (IGA), pharmacy (Jean Coutu) and a bank. Both apartments are 5 1/2 including 2 closed sleeping rooms and a double living room (salon double). Possibility to park 2 cars in the backyard.
Apartments are rented to same tenants for many years. Annual revenues are $15,550.
Front and back balconies have been replaced by new ones made in fiberglass, the exterior facing as well. The roof has been redone in Soprema recently, same for the plumbing, the bathrooms, front and back doors and windows (guillotine type).
