Location: the condo is located on quiet Aumais street, one street north of Pierrefonds blvd and one street south of the Riviere des Prairies river. It is within a 5 minute walk of several amenities including a Maxi, a medical clinic, a gym, a pharmacy two shopping malls and a bike bath. The condo complex encloses a large, safe green space ideal for children and pets.

Location in the building: the condo is a sunny penthouse unit located on the top, 3rd floor of the complex.  It is a corner unit and has its own private roof top outdoor terrace. It is very quiet unit having only one neighbour located direcctly below.

A balcony accessed through a sliding glass door is located beside the dinning area making it ideal for barbecuing.  A second balcony is located at the rear of one of the bedrooms.  Ideal for smokers in a non smoking home!
