SPRING SPECIAL
Sign before JULY 1ST and we pay the condo fees until december 31st 2015.
Location: the condo is located on quiet Aumais street, one street north of Pierrefonds blvd and one street south of the Riviere des Prairies river. It is within a 5 minute walk of several amenities including a Maxi, a medical clinic, a gym, a pharmacy two shopping malls and a bike bath. The condo complex encloses a large, safe green space ideal for children and pets.
Location in the building: the condo is a sunny penthouse unit located on the top, 3rd floor of the complex. It is a corner unit and has its own private roof top outdoor terrace. It is very quiet unit having only one neighbour located direcctly below.
